Did James Baldwin say that Black Lives Matter?

Baldwin did not use that phrase, but he affirmed its basic beliefs. He wrote in 1967: "To persuade black boys and girls, as we have for so many generations, that their lives are worth less than other lives, and that they can live only on terms dictated to them by other people, by people who despise them, is worse than a crime; it is the sin against the Holy Ghost."  (James Baldwin, The Cross of Redemption102)

Shouldn't we say All Lives Matter instead?
